Comfortable beds. Nice host. Easy check-in. Kitchen well provided.

Apartment is very well located and decorated with a lot of taste. The urban jungle on the terrace is lovely. Nice bakery and little supermarket just around the corner.

It was better than the pictures. Rooms were bigger than expected, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, & some cook wares, coffee machine, kettle etc. we really enjoyed ourselves. The neighborhood was lovely and the metro to the airport or city centre was a short walk away.

The location was excellent, in a lively and communicative place. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating utensils, but when you turn on the stove the fuses burn and the power goes out.

The host opened the door for us and ran upstairs without even waiting for us to enter and asked us how we were finding the place and if we had any questions. The apartment is on the ground floor, half underground. It was large but unfortunately not maintained. The rooms were cold and smelled very strongly of mold. The furniture was old, dirty and dusty and smelled of damp. The owner has announced in Booking that the heating is with 2 air conditioners. There were actually 2 air conditioners, but only one worked. A convector was installed in one room for heating, but it heated for 5 minutes and then turned off and the room was cold the whole time. There were balls of dust on the floor, hairs on the couch in the living room. The toilet apparently does not drain and backs up water. The apartment needs a major renovation and in my opinion is not for rent because it is actually a basement. Lisbon is a very interesting and beautiful city and we had a lot to see and it saved us from staying in this old, uncomfortable, dusty and cold place. I'm sorry Filipe, but it's the truth. I'm also a photographer and this is the first place I didn't want to photograph anything just out of respect for our profession.

Fantastic stay, place is charming, we had all the amenities and we enjoyed self check-in. Host was super pleasant checking do we have everything we need.

Well equipped and spacious.

The apartment is semi underground, dump and smelly. It was impossible to sleep because of the smell of mould without open windows. Although it is a nice apartment in general, it is not a place I would pay to spend my holidays.

The host, Filipe, was exceptionally accommodating. The decoration and style of the apartment was unique, charming and very comfortable. The apartment is located on a quiet side street with many lovely shops and cafes nearby - try the hamburger stand in the park just down the street, it's great!

The apartment met our expectations as described, so there is little that could be done to make it better.

The place was nice and clean, bed comfortable. Host very nice and met us at the door. Bed comfortable.

The apartment had a very strong musty smell and showed traces of mold which is too bad given that it was a very nice apartment.
