"It was great but $2000.00CAD for 8 nights was alot for an apartment that had mold issues."

Lots of space , great for a family of 4. Just needing baking trays and owner was on holidays while we were there so used tin foil as trays (that we bought).

Serious black mold problem in the only bathroom the apartment has. Was told about it 30 minutes before we arrived (and offered no alternative) and was told he would put plastic over it on Monday (as stores were closed on Sunday when we arrived). He never did. Did enjoy the apartment but was always worried about long term problems black mold can cause. Also, major construction going on right next door. nice guys...ending up leaving our leftover beer with them when we left.

The host Filipe and his son Mateus were incredibly helpful from the very first contact. They were the perfect hosts from collecting us from our previous venue to bring us to the apartment was exceptional to ensuring we had everything we needed to helping us with local information making our stay memorable. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, comfortable and nice and cool being at basement level. The decor was also a huge bonus as there were many fabulous pieces of Filipe's wonderful photographic art work on all the walls. There were good restaurants within walking distance and different travel options for getting into the centre a short distance away.

Every thing was perfect.

Space was good. Location was good for us.

Twin bedroom at the street side was noisy at night. Maybe consider moving to middle room and have the street side room as the lounge.

had multiple beds and sitting area. close to things in Lisbon.

smelled a little like mold. location needs a dehumidifier due to being on a basement level to remove out mold smell and make more comfortable.

the layout was good and it was modern with everything we needed

we had building renovations going on next door which was loud in the morning but that was just unlucky I think

great location - handy to Arrois metro station, grocers and restaurants.

The outdoor patio is great but gets no sun, the apartment is in the basement - can be a bit damp but AC units help.
