Alan and Denise were always available, provided quite easy to follow instructions. The view is lovely for the Harbour and the town centre with lots of shops and restaurants are easily accessible by walk, within 15 mins, though be prepared to come back up without taxi is quite a challenge :). Taxi is cheap and always available, just say Elif villas is working as a key word to find the villa without giving more address info to the driver. The pool is great and the rooms are spacious, very clean.

While everything is nearby, just to do a shopping in the shop 5 mins away is involving quite a leg/calf work so be prepared. I can’t really say anything I didn’t like cos we had a relaxed stay, and the value of the property is great

Le petit bémol que de l’eau dans la piscine a été assez fraîche. Et quelques nuits nous étions dérangés par le bruit du mécanisme de la piscine et le bruit causé par les voisins.

Der Grill müßte vielleicht mal ausgewechselt werden.

Lovely location. Hills are steep to get to property but taxis are cheap enough after a long day or night out. Swimming pool is perfect and was cleaned very regularly to keep it sparkly clear for our 10 day stay. Fantastic air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Would definitely return but the world is a big place and looking to explore more which is the only reason we haven’t rebooked.

Bathrooms need a deep clean or resealing as signs of mold. Beds and sofas very hard but that could just be our preferential liking as the kids had no problems getting comfortable.

Amazing views from the terrace and balconies onto the bay of Kalkan. Walking distance to old town. Spacious and clean accommodation in a totally quiet area. New gym only 2 mins walk away. Hosts were super accommodating and had left water and some essentials out for our arrival.

Der Pool ist sehr flach mit ca. 80 cm. Auf den Bildern wirkt er tiefer.

Great facilities for the 4 of us, spacious living area and the master suite is huge with reasonable sized second and third bedrooms. The pool is only thigh deep but perfect for cooling off. Lovely space for sundowners.

There is only enough space for 4 people outside using loungers. There is space on the balconies but they are shaded in the morning.
