Pas de sac poubelle, il n’y avait pas non plus de guide pour les sorties et rest dans le coin à faire !! Les vidéos pour l’accès à la piscine n’est pas bien expliqué.!

This was actually a great stay. Very comfortable, well located. The apartment has two bedrooms (I thought it was only one from the photos). Unlike other people giving reviews, we did not see any cockroaches during the whole 7 days of our stay and all the machines worked as expected (dishwasher, washing machine, toaster). The pool was nice and relaxing. The parking was also quite fine, useful for us. We enjoyed the apartment very much. The owner makes you feel like at home also with plenty of books and decorations.

Small things, maybe the bathroom tap can be screwed to the surface a little tighter. Maybe not everything in the apartment is brand new, but really nothing that could disturb our stay! Oh, and maybe the apartment description, automatic information and photos on booking should be updated - but everything is in fact better than in the older descriptions and pictures. Which means it's rather good for the owner, the guests will be just fine!

Washing machine door was broken and no one bothered to get it repaired during our entire stay

There is no soap and not enough bedding and towels for all guests, no rubbish bag. Cleanliness in general is area go improvement

The apartment was very old and dirty. There were no simple things like capsules for the coffee machine or even sugar. The description said there was a balcony, but there was none. And when I asked the owner about the balcony, he just stopped answering. We also saw a cockroach

Location was great with a store around the corner and the pool at the end of hot Lisbon days great.

I didn't anticipate walking through parking garage to neighboring roof top for pool but it was secure and lovely.

Where do I start…. The elevators to go up to the property are quite dodgy- there’s quite a ruff stop every time you land on the floor you need. The neighbours can quite literally be heard as if they’re inside the apartment- every conversation, laughs, cries, arguments you name it. If someone is leaving their apartment the doors are slammed too which doesn’t help if you’re sleeping. The cleanliness was non existent…. Cups, plates, bowels and even cutlery that was provided had dried food on them or were filthy. The floor was also not swept so we had to do this our selves. The bedroom had to be the worst. The sheets had a stain and the mattress was very old and also had numerous yellow/ brown staining underneath the mattress protector. We slept directly on top of the sheets because of this. The pillows were practically non existent as they were so flat and worn. Hotel slippers were provided….. used and re washed that is! There was also deep gauge marks on the bed frame from a pet that was probably in the property and numerous pet bowels were found. The bathroom- the non slip mat has clearly never been lifted and cleaned…. I showered once and went to lift it up to leave it to dry and underneath the mat was completely black, mouldy, gooey and had some hair. Safe to say, we didn’t step foot in the tub again. Long story short- we booked this property last minute as our previous one was cancelled. Do I think it was worth over £300? Absolutely not.
