The Galley

Property was much more basic than expected. Would not classify as “luxury.” Felt like we were moving into a relative’s home unexpectedly— baby crib blocked the closet, high chair in kitchen, rocking horse in living room. No toiletries or coffee pot, but supervisor did provide them on request. Washing machine doesn’t work. Also only a French balcony. No outdoor space is pool area that is nice (but without seating) but very different to locate without watching a video. Also, nobody met us to check in. Door combination did not work properly and we had to wait almost THREE HOURS for someone to come and rectify.

Good location near restaurants and conveniences.

The apartment is very good, convenient and comfortable. The parking is very convenient- but you need to know how to get there, use the elevator, it's in the same building. The building is new, the area is safe and good. The apartment has everything that you need for a short-term or long-term stay. The owner was very nice, came to explain everything. very attentive manager as well. Thanks a lot.

The instruction to be clear how to get to the swimming pool, area for kids and garage:) the rest was very good.

Good location, close to the metro, self check in, spacious apartament, reception guy very responsive every time.

The staff is super friendly and easy going. We had no issue. Also the location is nice in calm neighbourhood.

The bedding and pillows were not the best. However bed and meters are excellent.

The owner was very helpful and friendly and the apartment was very big and well equipped! It even has a swimming pool! The bed was very comfortable. The location is in the Parque das Nações and it is very close to supermarkets and pharmacies. All things worked perfectly in the flat: stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, heating, Cable TV, hot water, etc. Would stay there again if I am working in that area of Lisbon!
