Velvet Blue

We enjoyed our stay in Velvet Blue from the first moment to last. The apartment was so clean and nicely decorated. Rooms are spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. Stavros is a really nice host, he is trying to make you feel like you are home. He is also very helpful. He made us bunch of recommendations for places to eat, see and so on. 10/10 recommend staying here in Kavala.

I am impressed by the hospitality of Mr. Stavros - he was so kind and helpful for everything we needed. The apartment was cozy and equipped with everything. It is near the city centre.

There is none to dislike.

Everything was beyond our expectations. Our biggest concern is always cleanliness. Velvet Blue is the cleanest apartment we have stayed so far. It is also recently furbished with modern and elegant furnitures and decorations. No smoking rule inside is strict and I believe this was also perfect match for us. There is a nice balcony to have quick fresh air with sea view. The kitches has everything if you need to make something to eat or drink. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is awesome. It is very large and beautiful. Location is good. It is 5 minutes by car to the Old Town, 10-15 minutes on foot. It feels like you are a guest living with local people. There is a small supermarket on the corner. You can easily find daily needs. The owner (Stavros) is really friendly. From the beginning till the end, he was always caring and helpful. Kids had some health problems and he was always ready to help. If you have a car, Stavros is here again. If you can't find a parking place, he helps you again. Crazy! He was also our guide to the city. We asked about the beaches and the restaurants and in a minute there were lots suggestions. He is very kind. Thank you Stavros for everyting and the gifts. It was memorable visit for us.

The apartment is very well-organized designed and everything is thought out. When you first enter the house, you think you are the first guest. Parking was no problem for those arriving by car. The host Stavros is a great guy. When you say goodbye, you feel like you are saying goodbye to a friend. It was an accommodation I can definitely recommend

We arrived earlier and our host met us. We received clear instructions by massage. The location is perfect, close to the city center and port. There were many restaurants and coffee shops. You can go there by foot just in 10-15 minutes walking. The apartment was very clean, sunny also with magnificent view.

If you would like to stay in a clean, well-located, peaceful place, this place is for you. Also the homeowner is very naive and we are so grateful for his thoughtful gifts.

The apartment is sparkling clean, very comfortable large beds,with everything you might need in the kitchen. The furniture looks brand new and everything is made with love! The bathroom is brand new and it is huge! This amazing place is located on a very quiet street, near to centre, 15 min walk around beautiful Kavala. There is nice sea view from the balcony. The place is the best we’ve stayed in Greece so far. It was great experience meeting the owner, wonderful person. He guide us where we can eat and what to see. He helped us park our car in front of the building, so we don’t have to worry about parking. And Stavros was always available to answer all questions!Thank you Stavros for everything!
