Very clean and quite place. Well equipped kitchen. Big bathroom. Comfortable beds. Two terraces. Nice look over the see above the neighbor roofs from one of them. Near beaches for people in good condition.

Inconvenient for babies and toddlers. Steep and relatively long stairs to reach the apartment with the stroller or baby in hands or if you are not in good condition. Hard climbing to reach the place with stroller or if you are not in good condition. Some bathroom fixtures need tightening up.

The apartment is brand new, tidy, super clean and stocked with everything you need. I would recommend it with a score of 11 if there was one. The owner is available all the time and pays attention to even the smallest detail. It will help you even if you have never been to Kavala. This was one of my most enjoyable stays anywhere.

Everything was perfect, there is not a single minus!

Everything was wonderful! It was one of the best vacations in my life! The city is very nice! There are a lot of beaches nearby and nice places where you can eat or buy food. For all budgets. The city itself is very authentic in the old town, where the house is placed. For beaches I would recommend you to drive, but great food is accessible in a 15 minutes walk. The house is in an exceptional state, all you need is there. Everything was clean and comfortable. I can't ever find anything to complain about. The hospitality of the Stavros is above all the possible expectations. He is the best!

Without a car it would be hard to get to the great beaches. Both in the city we've found not too great. For us it wasn't a problem, but for some it could be.

The apartment is excellent. Great location and great owner. The centre is very close and the view to the sea is nice. The apartment is very clean and comfortable There is everything you need. We will be back soon for 100%

Designed flat, new, furnished, super comfy, super clean, owner living one floor higher, awesome and extremly helpful owner (24/7), we got superb recommendations where to eat and where to go to the beach, you feel there like at home, great beds, beautiful view of the balcony, we were provided with coffee, salt, pepper etc., big bathroom with washing machine, parking in front of the house in the strret, we even got home eggs for our baby. If we could give 11 out of 10, we would. It was our best booking.com accomodation since we started using booking.com in 2016.

The property was extremely clean and confortable, Stavros, the owner was amazing with everything. Everything is high quality and you have all the things you need. Very close to the attractions of Kavala and the road to the beaches was simple and accesible. Simply wonderful!

The host - Stavros was very, very kind and helpful. He helped with many nice recommendations for eating, parking, visiting. The apartment itself is very nice and stylish and most importantly spacious, especially the bathroom. Two nice terraces, one of which is with a nice view to the sea & Thasos. Nearby there are shops and places for breakfast.

The center is near ..if you look it in meters and if you go down to the center it is 10min walking but if you go back the denivelation should be considered as going back to the apartment by foot takes ~20min. It is not that we did not like it but just mentioning it here. The workaround was easy .... every taxi in the town takes 4eur no matter the distance A..B as long as the endpoint is within Kavala.

Stavros is an amazing host who is one of the best hosts we have had.We checked in very early and Stavros brought us chocolate dessert as a welcome gift which was really nice of him and the desert was so delicious. The bed was so comfy and with high mattress, felt like home.All facilities were very clean and cozy and Stavros met all our requirements. We highly recommend to stay at Velvet Blue.
