Moderno Apartamento em Bairro típico Lisboeta

Un très joli appartement, et des instructions simples pour l'arrivée. Tout est propre et confortable avec le métro à côté.

Το σπίτι είναι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και εύκολα πηγαίνεις στο κέντρο της πόλης με τα πόδια (ακόμα και με παιδιά). Άνετο και όμορφο. Η Μαριάνα (οικοδέσποινα) είναι πάντα διαθέσιμη να βοηθήσει ανά πάσα στιγμή. Είχαμε πολύ καλή επικοινωνία και ήταν πολύ σημαντικό για το ταξίδι μας. Την ευχαριστούμε πολύ 🙏 Ευχαρίστως θα ξαναπήγαινα.

Położone w cichym miejscu - kilkaset metrów od stacji Santa Apolonia, a także dosłownie obok dwóch kawiarni oraz dwóch sklepów, więc podstawowe rzeczy są na wyciagniecie ręki. Mieszkanie przestronne, łącznie 5 łóżek plus sofa w salonie, więc może pomieścić dużo osób. Wejście przez kod, więc bardzo łatwo dostać się do mieszkania. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, czyste. Telewizor z ponad 100 kanałami, więc na nudne wieczory - na pewno można coś znaleźć. Dobry kontakt z opiekunką mieszkania - gdy potrzebowaliśmy dodatkowych ręczników, kolejnego dnia je dostaliśmy. Mieszkanie ma malutki balkonik z widokiem na Tag, taras jest dostępny, ale tylko z widokiem na ściany bloków.

Mieszkanie - zwłaszcza łazienka i prysznic - dobrze byłoby odświeżyć. Łóżko w jednym z pokoi baaardzo twarde. Kod do drzwi do mieszkania - bardzo użyteczne, ale także sprawiało, że martwiłem się o to, że ktoś bez problemu może wejść do mieszkania.

A very nice apartment in an excellent location — within walking distance of major sights, public transport, shops, and a lovely pastry shop. Communication with the owner was quick and flexible, and she was very helpful in resolving minor issues during our stay.

The apartment would benefit from slight improvements to the bathroom, the water heater, the creaking floors, and the beds (the one in the bedroom is more suitable for smaller people, and the top bunk doesn’t feel entirely secure). Overall we recommend the apartment.

Close to the train station of Santa Apolonia, with nice cafes and restaurants around but still a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is cute with some guides under the TV, and a nice renovated kitchen and bathroom.

The beds were small and hard. We couldn't sleep much during our stay because of it, even the kids. We left exhausted . The Wifi was not working well, even thought the router was just in front of us, near the TV. Some hazards need to be taken care of: Some nails are protruding from the floor in the parent room, near the door frame. The ladder at the entrance has a broken step, with wood shards showing. Could be dangerous with little kids The ladder to the upper bed in the bunk bed is shaky because some screws are loose, which could hurt a kid.

Ausreichend für 4 Personen, hübsch eingerichtet, gemütlich dekoriert und sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung und auch die Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon aus oder der Extra-Außenterrasse hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie hat viel Charme. Fussläufig sind kleine Shops, Cafés und Restaurants zu finden. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und haben sehr schnell geantwortet und bei Fragen weitergeholfen.

L’appartamento è molto pulito e curato nei dettagli. Gli spazi sono ampi: una bella cucina completa di utensili e stoviglie (con macchina del caffè, forno, microonde e lavatrice); due grandi camere perfette per una famiglia di cinque persone come noi; un bagno spazioso, con bidet. Si trova al terzo piano di una palazzina residenziale, in una via secondaria molto tranquilla, vicina al centro, a tutti i servizi e ai mezzi pubblici. Abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana a Lisbona senza nessun problema, sentendoci come a casa.

Só a escada é um pouquinho perigosa. Os proprietários precisam prestar atenção na parte elétrica do apartamento que pode estar em curto.
