I would love to come back this weekend 18th of April to 21st of April with my family again

Wifi was not working and the code of the gate to the beach was not working

The beach was just there,the mall was 5mins away

The aircon wasn't working so it was very hot

Pool is next to the unit and 2min walk to the beach

no breakfast was provided.

The location

The second bathroom was extra small. The staircase was a challenge. I missed the bottom step andfell😭

Shameless host wasn't coming on call and kept the receptionist to talk to me with no options in hand. I messaged the host with no response.

Didn't get the accommodation what i booked for. I was advised by the Host to collect the keys from other place, when i reached to collect the keys, i was informed by the receptionist that the place i booked (by seeing pictures on booking.com) is not available, i was surprised as the accommodation was booked in advanced, i had the telephonic discussion 3 times during the day of check-in while i was traveling from Joburg to Durban. Still the host didn't try to inform me about the place is not available until i reached in the evening to collect the keys after 8 hours of drive. I was really annoying talking to the receptionist as the only word she was saying that, she cannot do anything, refund can be done tomorrow only or i can stay in other place that was not even good.. please don't prefer the places like this, they play with you. I requested for refund, but they said they cannot refund now.. i ended up taking assistance from booking.com customer service and they were helpful and atleast listened to me.

The property is child friendly and very comfortable, near the beach and very secured.

The bed sheets had stains and the shower is too small
