Location was perfect

Please try to put a double bed in the second room and third room like the first room

Shocking linen. Poor conditions. Refused to give me a refund.

Awful unhealthy and unhygienic bedding and linen

Property is close all amenities . apartment was spacious we enjoyed the seaview from the balcony and the rooms. we walked to the beach to watch the sunrise

The cleaning staff are not doing a great job. especially behind the furniture and corners of the room. Windows and blinds could do with a regular dusting. it was too hot and the ceiling fans are not effective the sugar, coffee and tea containers needs an update, we did not use them but can improve the kitchen aesthetics.(LOL)

Very big specious rooms, it’s by ocean, very safe, a minute walk to the beach which was fantastic, cleaning staff comes everyday, it’s a wonderful place to be with family or friends.

Collecting and dropping them was kind of a drag, maybe because we were in hurry to the airport, but ideally it’s not too bad

Big apartment and good location

When we got to the flat there was someone staying there, the father of the owner. He told us there was no booking and that he was there for the weekend which we had booked. We contacted the agents we had booked with via bookings.com and they eventually resolved it a few hours later. It wasn't ideal, but it was resolved. The attitude of the father staying there was not great as he lied to everyone involved. The wifi didn't work either.

The location

Have stayed here before and was very happy. However, this stay I found the unit to be very unkempt. Blinds were very dirty, There were bed bugs. The patio door is extremely difficult to open and close. The barbecue facilities were not available as previously. The cushions for patio chairs were locked.

Location was good

Not properly maintained as aircon was leaking, scissor kept in the kitchen wasn't sharp which indicates things have not been replaced for sometime. The wifi does not work in the main bedroom which was not mentioned while booking. DSTV was out and once after complaining they put it back. You had not activated the DSTV subscription till I brought it to your notice. You are not proactive in your maintenance. As and when a customer complains you go and fix it. Are you sure that the wifi works in the master bedroom? You must be joking.
