Never stayed at the place, no one can tell me who to contact to get a refund. Had to go look for accommodation elsewhere

Balcony was a bit rusty

The apartment is right in front of the beach, it was spacious with all utensils and essentials provided. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean and the staff from receptionist to securities were friendly and accommodative. I'm definitely booking again for next year.

The only thing I didn't like were those big cocroaches.

The security of the rooms,the burglar door had no key we felt a little unsafe. The rooms could use a little revamp. They also need to get more lifts working. We were using only 1lift. They also need more security guards,only 1 guy was manning the reception and we had to wait for a long time for the gates to be opened

Very comfortable bed and clean bedding.

The place was not like what i saw in the pics uploaded. Poor cleaning and not once was the apartment cleaned during my 4 night stay despite being told to leave the keys for housekeeping.
