66Windemere self catering apartments

The location was fine, everything was perfect the only problem was a horrible sewage smelling in the Kitchen. Initially I thought it was a dust bin then removed it outside, but the smell was still there until I figured out that it was from the drainage pipe.

The view was perfect.

The balcony was rasty and the Bartler was not loking, so at night we didn't fill safe

There was leakage at bathrooms, water all over the place,

Place was dirty, blanket were dirty, sliding doors were broken, plates, cups and glasses were missing, not a number of 6

The property was very close to the beach and shops so we were able to walk whn we wanted to get essentials

We didn’t have an iron and asked for it we were told the house keeper would come assist but she never pitched for the whole weekend

It was not very clean and the cooking tools are less even though i was happy with how everything went in the trip

The beds were only comfortable.

We couldn't open the balcony doors as they either was stuck or broken. It was extremely bad as we had no air coming in. On the Friday night it was extremely bad because the living room balcony door glass was broken and Durban was so windy. The wind was coming through making that space making a loud whistling noise and at one point we got so scared because the glass was actually flexing we thought it was going to shatter. The 1 shower and toilet leaks which we couldn't even use. The one bedroom door didn't open. The couch was on bricks. The TV didn't work. It was definitely very disappointing the place needs alot of TLC it. The front gate was broken absolutely poor maintenance. A spacious apartment but it really needs work done to it. No one comes to clean or to even check if everything is in order. There's no receptionist only a security guard. Which we complained to but he said he doesn't know anything about units only a guard. Very disappointing weekend which we was looking forward too. I will never book through bookings.com again!!!!

The view was about the only good thing.

Kitchen not clean, cockroaches, security door didn't work, door handle was loose.

The apartment was clean nice view also
