Very spacious apartment in a beautiful location. It is accessible and close to most things in Durban. The building is very well managed and secure.

Guests are not allowed to visit, but that is the building's policy.

The location of the apartment is excellent and the views from all 3 bedrooms are facing the sea...it's superb. I also loved the fact that they have reliable and quality pots. They have 2 bathrooms and 2 showers and a bathtub.

The door handle from inside needs to be fixed as it sometimes fall. The fact that all bathrooms/toilets are outside the rooms.

The apartment very big. Bathrooms are clean. It's close to everything beach, kids entertainment and club for nightlife. Also the sea view:

When you enter the apartment look empty because of the small broken couch. The flat could use some painting.

There we no towels. The place was dirty we had to make phone calls and argue to be helped. The owner of the place didn't answer our calls we had to change numbers for her to answer. The sliding door was broken hence they knew we coming. The Labour guys fixed it on our presence yet we booked 2 months before. The shower was dirty and also sink taps were untidy with colgate from other guests. The blankets had smell they were also dirty luckily I didn't use because it was hot but my friend used and they complained all the way.

I liked that it is closer to the sea

This place is the worst I’ve been to. It’s very dirty. The furniture is not up to standard. Building is dilapidated. First of all seems like there’s someone staying there full time. Kitchen: The dishcloths are brownish in colour but you can see they use to be white. The fridge was dirty with stale food inside. Sitting room: We couldn’t use the chairs because they are all broken. The couch is being supported by a brick it wiggles when you sit on it and it’s very dirty and uncomfortable to sit on. Bedroom: There were foul smelling blankets in the closet, some closet doors were locked. The bedroom doors are all broken not closing. It was full of dust under the beds. The sliding doors are all not functional can’t close as well, one of the sliding doors almost fell on my friend. The bathrooms were all very dirty couldn’t even use the bathtub because it had some blackish oily stuff inside. No Towels provided, No toilet paper provided. The TV remote wasn’t working only the dstv remote control is working. When checking in no confirmation was done, we just told the security guard that we going to number 66 and he gave us the key, how unprofessional.

Perfect location. Perfect view to the beach and close to everything.

no towels were given to us. We stayed for 4 days and no one came to clean the property. The sliding doors from the living room and other bedroom are both broken and cold air came through at night. No dishwasher to wash dishes and I can't forget the cochroches. And the was nothing to clean the bathtub with
