It’s ideally situated, but the facilities are terrible. There is no parking . For a family of five adults with two cars we were not allowed to even enter the premises to unpack . We had to carry all our belongings from the road to end end of the property. The staff were discourteous and unwilling to assist on any way . Our stay was spoilt from the second we entered. Granted the main fault lay with the owner , Brad Scott, who used the garage as his storage facility and falsely advertised the property as free parking within . He was awful . Dodged all of our call. Answered WhatsApp messages and had the audacity to tell me , at 8 at night , to cancel my booking and come alternative accommodation . I will never use this property again. And would like to warn anyone going forward to check premises before your actual stay . Would love to take this story to Wendy Knowler. The apartment is also quite run down . The window latches broken , windows dong close . The utensils in the kitchen were so basic , basic equipment not usable . The hand shower in the main bathroom was broken , making it unstable . By far one of the worst places we’ve stayed in .

We had a fantastic stay! The location was stunning, and the apartment was impeccably clean. Our host, Brad, was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our visit. The property staff who welcomed us and saw us off were also incredibly friendly and supportive, making our experience very pleasant.
