Very clean and well kept property. Ground staff is very friendly an accommodating. Having laundry facilities were great.

I wish we could use the pool and backyard. Although this is not included, It would be great if the owners would consider making this available to families.

The location is close to everything I needed.

I loved everything, we had a patio area to sit outside and enjoy a coffee. The bedrooms were lovely and beds were comfortable. I always love a place that looks nice and 12 on Oyster got that right.

Everything was perfect other than the Wi-Fi

Wifi strength is very weak, only if it improves

The kitchen counter damages. The dishes were all different and made it difficult to count. The stairs in the rain was very difficult. The bathroom was not very neat. The bedding had marks on them and some red marks on the headboard. My white socks were brown walking on the floor. Stayed in a few places in the area, none on this level.
