Er staat beschreven keuken met oven aanwezig, geen oven was microgolfoven die niet werkte. Vuur plaat was vuil , vaatwasmachine zat nog vol vuile afwas. Jammer, voor deze prijs mocht dat wel.in orde zijn

De ligging (de kerstmarkt praktisch in de achtertuin!), het nostalgische pand, zeer schoon en goed bereikbaar, goede faciliteiten.

Het bed, een kuil in het midden van het bed waar we inrolden. En de koude douche, mijn man had nog warm water, ik helaas niet. Een kwartier later hadden we wel weer warm water.

There was no coffee in the room at check in. Raphael said he would bring us coffee in the morning. He never brought us coffee. All of the toiletries were a different brand. There was body lotion in the shower instead of shampoo. We kept asking for it. We found a half empty bottle of shampoo on the doorstep the last night of our stay. The doorstep is on the street with heavy foot traffic. The bed only had two pillows. I kept requesting an extra pillow and never received one. The owner, Mickey, told me there are two small pillows in the apartment. She meant a small decorative pillow. After six inquiries into getting coffee, shampoo and a pillow Mickey told me “I do not understand he sent me a photo I will give you a discount” a photo “from shampoo and coffee that he brought you”. The property owner lives in Amsterdam and clearly does not want to invest in the property. There was no bulb in the bedside lamp. The bed only has 2 pillows instead of four. The shower curtain only had half of the hanging hooks; One in every other hole. There are only two hangars in the wardrobe. So you cannot hang up your fancy clothes for the many Michelin rated restaurants. The two pillows and duvet were in decent white linens but the fitted sheet was a rough and worn green fabric. We were lied to every day by Mickey, that Raphael was going to bring us coffee and shampoo. No surprise that Mickey never refunded any of our money. Just another lie.
