Very nice little apartment. Very clean. On the outskirts of Exeter with lots to do in the area. We stayed 1 night as we went to a concert at Powderham Castle and was an half hour drive away. Perfect.

Convenient. Probably noisy in summer as located between railway line and motorway. We were not disturbed by either during our stay
