"Fantastic Stay!"

Wow. What a fantastic little stay. The attention to detail in this little lodge was incredible, it had everything we needed and was beautiful. The breakfast bits were a great touch too.

The individual property / the location / the facilities were all that was required for one person for a shirt stay. The owners were most helpful. The welcome tray was very well received and most thoughtful. Look forward to returning

It would have been useful to have clear signs of the lodge outside the property and a sign at the front to indicate where to park.. The spiral stair case was manageable but not suitable for people with mobility issues

The cottage is beautifully designed - every detail has been thought of. Even though it is small, it is really well equipped and everything has been thoughtfully designed. I wish I could plan my own home so tastefully! The welcome tray was so generous and thoughtful. And, even more importantly, I was greeted by the hosts on arrival and made to feel at home straight away. I felt looked after and cared for but my privacy was totally respected throughout.

It is all really lovely - you just have to be nimble enough to make it up and down the tight spiral staircase!

Property was lovely, cosy and comfortable. Home from home! Everything you needed and more. Nice attention to detail. Extremely clean. Lovely surprise with the welcome pack.

The spiral staircase is a little tricky if you are tall. However, once you have mastered them a few times it gets easier.

"Beautiful Lodge, hosts and Location"

The hosts were a delight and property should be in a magazine given its amazing design features. Everything you need is in this itsy bitsy living space and if not it sorted on the same day, incredible.

Middle of the night toilet visits were a fun challenge, but nightlights were supplied,

"Geweldig, een aanrader"

Het appartement is zeer smaakvol ingericht met oog voor de details. Verder van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook zeer rustig gelegen met een vriendelijke gastheer. Het centrum van Exeter is met de trein in 10 minuten te bereiken. Bij het station gratis parkeren. Vlakbij is een aardige pub met goede maaltijden

Op de site van Booking moet beter aangegeven worden dat het niet de Stationsstraat in Exeter is maar in Broadclyst Cranbrook. Dat was voor ons even zoeken
