The location is very good. Amenities are all around, including restaurants, food markets, Christmas markets (in Plaza), etc.

"Good location, but loft not very functional."

Good location - Short walk to Plaza Mayor, Botin and San Gines Chocolateria.

It was a cool evening in late November, but the loft was too hot and stuffy at night for our two young kids. They ended up sleeping in the main bed with us, which was a very tight fit.

"Brilliant location ."

Brilliant location in the middle of everything.We know Madrid well . We were able to visit our planned venues. Great cafe opposite for breakfast and evening drinks. Plenty of clean towels We realise this apartment must still be a work in progress.

Some health & safety issues: 1) no smoke alarm visible 2)staircase lethal; trip hazard. Fell more than once. Safety rail urgently needs fitting . 3) microwave knob pushed in ..could be dangerous 4) trip hazard from step in lounge area ; needs fluorescent strip Noise all night from outside . * Blinds in bedroom very damaged . Need replacing . We looked for the hot tub but can only assume it’s the Bath?!The constant dripping on the terrace when it rained made it difficult to sleep. Also , damp in lounge area from upstairs when it rained heavily.
