Great location, close to the Ice Festival venue! Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean and cozy.

The staff was very accommodating, the rooms clean, and the location was ideal.

The bed seemed to be only a box spring; no mattress. Also, payment couldn't be made by credit card; only cash in advance, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. As non-Chinese citizens, our only option was cash in advance.

Staff are very helpful. The apartment is located close to most main attractions. A big plus is the incredible view from the apartment! It was pleasant and warm while outside was -22 Celsius. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I traveled to see the wonderful world of snow and ice that takes place annually in Harbin. We decided to go with this place due to the reviews. Other reviewers are giving this property 5 stars, however, please beware that the pictures that are advertised here don’t necessarily match up to what you’ll actually get. I understand there are likely many apartments this company rents out so it’s entirely possible that I ended up with a dud. Nevertheless I will share my experience with the unit I received. Cons: The kitchen does not come stocked with pots or pans so if you are looking to cook during your stay, please bring your own pots, pans, spatulas, etc. The shower area and toilet share the same floor so if you’re traveling from the U.S. or Europe, you may not find this appealing (many Asian countries have this sort of bathroom layout). There is no central heat and due to our unit being on the 11th floor and also our room having a balcony, it was very chilly at night. Our unit’s climate control was not in our hands. Slow internet. Luckily we did not spend much time in our unit, but for those who want to work/do school stuff may have difficulty. Cockroaches. We found one squashed dead and two crawling (one in the kitchen and one in the main area). Pros: High floor, nice views of neighboring skyscrapers They left sweet mini tangerines and little candies (nice touch).

This was a great flat with easy access by walking or subway to central Harbin. It was easy to get to all the Ice & Snow Festival venues by subway. In a nice locality. The owner was extremely helpful in making sure we found the apartment easily and the staff at the premises were also lovely and helpful. We could also see the calendar new year fireworks from the window.

Nice apartment with a great view of Harbin snow and ice in the far distance. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Heated floors were amazing, washing machine was a bonus. Clothes dried quickly because of the heated floor. A few convenient stores just around the corner and a shopping centre (for some quick good) about a 5-10 minute walk. Can't really comment on location. Areas in Chinese cities are generally far apart (big cities not really walking cities). It wasn't close to an actual tourist attraction. Location was convenient for Uber/DiDi to pick up to get to places.

Sometimes the heated flooring made the room feel too warm. However, being able to open the window basically fixed that. The bathroom was a wet room (no separate shower). It wasn't a major problem because the heated floors made the room dry quickly however I would always prefer a separate shower.

The apartment was warm and cozy. It's an old apartment, so don't expect too much. Everything was really basic, and there wasn't much for proper living. The bed was a bit hard, but that is personal. We had a comfortable stay, and it was a good base to explore and close to the Ice and Snow Festival.

The location is really good.
