Стан који има све што је неопходно за одмор. Приступачна цена односно савршен однос цене и квалитета. Добра локација (све је на до пола сата пешке што је мени апсолутно прихватљиво).

Старија градња и пети спрат без лифта (није толики проблем за млађе особе).
