We arrived in Banja Luka hours earlier than I had told our host when booking. When I messaged him, he immediately appeared next to the house, where I had easily parked the car, grabbed my luggage from my hands and carried it up to the simply furnished but tidy little apartment. He turned on the air conditioner in advance, which cooled the apartment to a pleasant temperature, which on the top floor easily and quickly overheats in the heat. We found everything we needed in the apartment and in the area, overall this small apartment was a great choice, with a cheerful and helpful owner.

Several travelers have complained that the apartment is on the fifth floor, with no elevator. This is certainly true. But since I knew about it in advance from the guest reviews, I expected it and was not surprised. I would choose this accommodation again next time if I were not traveling with my mother who is over 80, but with a younger and fit friend.

Check in no Problem even when the flight was late,check out also very easy. Balcony and ac big plus, apoteka in the same bildung and small supermarket nearby

No elevator to 5th or 6th? Floor so be prepared .unfortunately no coffee Maschine but not far away a cafe

It was fairly clean, had many towels

Didn’t have a kettle, the stove was not working, the pots had no lits, there were no trash bags or kitchen towels of any sorts

Kind and helpful owner. House was very clean. Location is not so closed to center but not bad. Stuff is good and clean.

Apartment is at last floor but there’s no elevator. Bed and climate is at the same place. Bedroom is not divided from other rooms completely.

Very nice host, very helpful. Apartament in good location, clean. Bed was comfortable. There is also an air conditioner

Kitchen could be better equipped (for example kettle etc)
