FLH Fresh and Cozy Old Town Duplex

La posizione è un po’ distante dai mezzi pubblici, ma perfetta per chi ama camminare. La scala di accesso è particolare: stretta e molto ripida, sicuramente non adatta a persone anziane. L’appartamento è disposto su due livelli, con due stanze. Pulito e ben accessoriato, sorpresa positiva: un set di spugnette e uno strofinaccio nuovo. Nelle vicinanze c’è una piazzetta con tanti localini.

Abbiamo trovato un asciugamano bucato, sicuramente una svista. Le pentole e le padelle erano forse un po’ scarse. La via è un po’ rumorosa, ma in fondo abbiamo scelto il Bairro Alto proprio per la movida.

Acesso ao apartamento muito íngreme.

The apartment was nice and quite in a good location. It was all we needed.

La ubicación

El apartamento es un segundo sin ascensor, ese no es el problema, el problema es que las escaleras son muy empinadas y, calzo un 38 y no me entraba el pie así que hay que ir con cuidado y agarrando la barandilla. Al entrar había un olor muy desagradable. Los muebles están muy estropeados. En el baño el extractor hace un ruido tremendo. Compramos café para la cafetera que sale en la foto y resultó que la que luego había no corresponde. La decoración no corresponde. Al final de la calle hay una plaza con bares en la que todas las noches va mucha gente y a las 3 y pico de la noche sigues escuchando gente. Hay parquímetro en toda la zona pero es de las máscaras y encima se paga de 9 de la mañana a 1 de la madrugada. Hubo que ir a buscar el de zona amarilla a unos 13 minutos andando. Al irnos se nos dijo que había de tiempo hasta las 11 am y a las 10:30 nos encontramos a la de la limpieza entrando. Nos quedamos muy sorprendidos y nos tuvimos que marchar corriendo

La ubicación perfecta, en un barrio tranquilo y relativamente cerca del centro.

Perfectly well located, clean and well distributed space.

They provided enough toilet paper, shampoo and body wash for two nights. I had to get my own for the rest of my 8 day stay. I asked the staff and they said they wouldn't provide more. Also it would be nice to get some washing supplies. I had to buy them myself and left some for the next guest. Opening the door was hard. The provided instructions were unclear

We didnt like anything at this property, its nothing like what’s on the picture the place is really awful we could not stay there we end up renting a different apartment because this place was horrible

Location and the Wel Well bar across the street

Complicated check-in process with unresponsive host (waiting in street for Whatsapp message instead of being available for a call). Building is in bad shape, bad odour from bathroom, doors with holes in them. Extremely low quality furniture = Ikea everything

Location Comfy beds Clean Large bedrooms

Checkin was very difficult, and didn't need to be. The entrance steps are very steep and needs a motion detection sensor as it's very dangerous. I was promised two keys and only one were available. Bathroom is tiny, The dining table is too big for the room and leaves no space to sit on the couch. The dining and kitchen are small.
