FLH Fresh and Cozy Old Town Duplex

Lovely apartment and location was great. Communication with service was via WhatsApp so it made for easy communication. Plenty restaurants and cafes around, it's wonderful. Easy access to public transportation as well

On arrival, there was a guy fixing the water pipe right at the door. It burst and I got soaked from all the water. More tissue paper would be ideal. We had to purchase some, but since the store locally didn't sell single rolls, we either had to buy a pack of 6 or get wipes. If a group of people is coming over, 2 -3 rolls aren't enough. More towels would be ideal. Overall, all things can be easily improved to make the stay better.

Very good area, the apartment was very spacious and clean.

Access stairs to the building... so, steep!!!

This duplex is basic. If you only need to sleep for little money is a good option

Location is perfect: parks, bars, vibe, supermarket in nearest.

Don't expect any help from the host. He answers all the questions, but somehow it is not helpful. Bad smell in the bathroom. Only one trash bag left in the kitchen. From one of A/C the water is running on the floor. When we came to the apartment we found three wet towels in a bathroom. Apartment is very noisy (windows not isolated).

I liked the location of the property with not being too directly in the centre of Lisboa and being able to walk places too. The property was lovely and is exactly what is needed when coming to stay here.

We were not aware of the stairs leading into the apartment and thankfully neither of us brought a big suitcase so be mindful of that.

Rooms were nice and tidy, good location with restaurants nearby

Check-in was a real pain. Host let's you in by calling them and they open it virtually. This did not work for a good 10 minutes and a neighbour even tried to help who of course spoke no English and did not like the fact a short term rental was across his apartment
