FLH Portas do Sol Cozy Flat

La casa è nella parte storica di Lisbona, ad Alfama. Il nostro appartamento era a piano terra, ma nella struttura c'è l'ascensore. È andata benissimo, c'e tutto l'essenziale, compresa la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie. Abbiamo avuto un problemino ma è stato tempestivamente risolto dal proprietario! La fermata del famoso tram 28 si trova vicinissimo ma si puo tranquillamente raggiungere il centro a piedi con 15/20 min (è tutto in discesa).

Location was great and flat was very clean.

The staff were not accomodating at all. We had a very early morning flight, arriving in Lisbon at 8am. The staff wouldnt allow us to leave bags in the apartment, even though the cleaner had said it was no problem. Due to Lisbon being so hilly and cobblestoned this meant we were extremely limited in what we could do during our first morning/afternoon. Staff were rude when we were asking about the issue as well, customer service not great.

Ants, cockroaches, not even a few welcome coffee capsules.

Lovely little flat for 2 people in a brilliant location. Well stocked kitchen, and great views over the city. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the hustle and bustle of the old town.

It’s a tiny point but to make for a better night’s sleep it would be great to have 2 pillows for each person and the pillow that is there could do with replacing.
