The place was very nice, beds comfy, facilities as advertised. Shame we only needed the 1night,

Very small living area (smallest room) so if Ur a family that likes to chill together, the living area can fit 4 very close to each other and u will strain neck watching TV. Would be best to use the double bed room for that instead!

Amazing place to stay very spacious perfect location cheaper then a hotel for 5 people have a little issue with the shower came out straight away and fixed it would definitely be staying again now we found our place to stay for our London trip 10/10

It was spacious and clean. Very modern appliances and we enjoyed the comfort. Worked well for us as we were attending Easter church service 3 mins away. I liked the setup. The rooms were spacious and big. Like the safety features of the door, bleeped if we didnt close it properly. Gave me peace of mind. Loved how accesible car park to front door. The place was just enjoyable. My children were entertained throughout by the huge TV screens in each room. Highly recommend this beautiful apartmemt. Home away from Home.....would definately be our place next time returning to Ilford!

Rugs down steps to bathroom keep coming loose and was a slip hazard. Door handle to bathroom was a bit loose. Would have liked the apartment to be on a ground floor. I managed to go up the steps slowly.

really comfortable flat. great location. everything you need for a stay. didn’t use the lounge area as big tvs in both bedrooms.

only that the bathroom was down a few steps which was a little awkward.
