Very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood.

The beds were too soft. The bedroom blinds were very dusty. The wooden floor were sticky, my feet got dirty. The iron boards were very small, I couldn’t iron my dress on it. Only one of the TV’s were working and the other two didn’t work.

Quiet location, 5min walk from Elizabeth line (Ilford overground). Spatious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Very friendly, supportive and quick responding hosts. Quite warm and fully equipped with electric appliances. Looks really recently renovated with above average materials Parking place for those traveling by car Value for money

The cleaning service appeared to be rather superficial. However the host response was immediate and to the point (thanks for that) It was not clear how to modify heating temperature ( we did not ask but it would be better to have instructions in place). "living room" is practically of no use ( a ~2X2,5m room with two sofas and a large TV). Kitchen table can accomodate up to five, so have in mind if you are more The floor fans could be stored away until summer Wifi was not always at its best

Very clean, spacious with good tv, kitchen and bathroom facilities. Very handy for Ilford station and local shops. Great to have a parking space right outside.

Tricky to find hot water switch. No instructions for appliances in kitchen.
