The Loghouse

Very responsive and kind host, who accommodated an early check in. Apartment was larger than expected, liked the open kitchen, dining, living area - exactly what we needed. It was quite in the house, and outside, a positive surprise given the central location.

A central and convenient location, the perfect base for exploring Lisbon and beyond. This charming building with a small lift to take you to the 5th floor property is easy to find and within walking distance to the main attractions and transport links in Lisbon. The apartment was sparkling clean and perfect for our family of four, two adults and two teenagers. We were grateful for the host’s excellent communication and for a clean and secure home to use while on holiday. Tea/coffee/herbs & spices were appreciated in the well equipped kitchen and small things like ice in the freezer and washing powder available to use is always a nice touch. Do not hesitate to book this great property, it is highly recommended.

The host met us at the property and explained everything that was necessary to us. The host was very friendly and communications was very clear. We managed to park in a nearby sheltered carpark at a fee, which was within walking distance from the property. The property was very clean with a fully functional and well-equipped kitchen.

Nuno (owner) was great. He met us at when we arrived to the apartment (we called him from the airport). He was very nice and patient, explained everything, answered all our questions, and very informative. The apt is on the 5th floor, with a heavy, secured door to the apartment (felt safe). Nice view -you can even see a bit of the castle from the living room, the building has an elevator (small one though). Location is excellent. You can grab breakfast or dinner right next door. Very good restaurants nearby (there are business cards of a few local places) There are little shops and mini food markets just minutes away (by foot). The apt is just 2 blocks from a really fun pedestrian area with street musicians, bakeries, shops, and restaurants. There are good clean closets, nice towels and linens, and comfy beds. Loved everything about it. It was a great home base to come back to, and because it was centrally located we could come and go easily. We will recommend it to others and hope to stay there again some time.

Location. View from the apartment. Very neat and well-maintained. It had numerous power plug points. Spacious. Fully-equipped kitchen. Feels like home, not a hotel. Comfortable living area. It’s good for families.

No full-length mirror. Second bathroom shower stall is a tight squeeze and has leaky shower. Small, old TV. More bedroom pillows would have been nice.

Spacious apartment in the old town of Lisbon. It was clean and had everything we needed.
