Appartamenti Villa Maria

Location - Great location, 10 minutes (or less) walk to Castello Aragonese d'Ischia, and 15 minutes walk to the port. Lots of great Cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. The 177 bus stop is close by and runs every 20 minutes. Our host made some very good recommendations for restaurants (Don't miss Coco's) and Cafès and for places visit.

The bed was a little too firm for my liking, but ok.

materasso matrimoniale un pò troppo duro

Дом расположен примерно в 30 минутах ходьбы от порта, все время по центральной улице. Рядом парк, недалеко от моря и замка. Супермаркет в 6-ти минутах ходьбы, рядом рыбный и овощной магазин. Заселение было быстрым, кухня оборудована всем необходимым, много полотенец, удобные кровати. Смарт ТВ.

Немного запах в ванной комнате.

Large appartement. Cuisine équipée, entre centre ville et me château.

Bruit des voisins et de la route, quand tout est calme le soir tard ou tôt le matin. La literie mériterait d'être changé dans la chambre sous peu.

Ottima posizione casa tranquilla

Gute Lage wenn man schnell im Zentrum sein will, alle wichtigen Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat alles wichtige an Ausstattung. Unkomplizierte Gastgeber, die hilfreich sind.

In der Wohnung ist alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Bad und Küche sind voll funktionsfähig aber nicht sehr wohnlich. Es gab einige kleinere Schäden wie Defekte Insektengitter, die Kühlschranktür oder die Türklinke am Eingang. Alles nicht schlimm, aber insgesamt macht es einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck. der Parkplatz ist ca. 100 m entfernt und sehr eng, mit großem Auto unpraktisch. Unser Auto wurde auch leider leicht beschädigt, weil jemand dagegen gefahren ist.

L'emplacement est super intéressant, très proche du centre , idéal pour le départ des bus et bateaux . Proche du château Aragonais...le centre de Ponte est très agréable.

Le seul petit problème , c'est la pression de la chasse d'eau qui mériterait d'être un peu plus forte.

Appartamento confortevole,pulito e accogliente. La proprietaria gentile e super disponibile! Molto comodo perché vicino alla spiaggia, a vari ristoranti e alla fermata dell’autobus, mezzo molto consigliato per spostarsi per l’isola.

Location carina e vicinissima a Ischia ponte con il bellissimo castello e localini e ristoranti . Fermata del pulmann per Ischia Porto di fronte casa . Gentilezza e disponibilità della padrona di casa.
