It was a nice economical place to stay. Clean. Easy access.

Property owners were hard to get a hold of. They live upstairs and behind but never around to help if needed.

Cleanliness. When we arrived it was not clean, so I cleaned it. rags came out black.

WOMEN SOLO TRAVELLERS NOT WELCOME HERE When I booked this accommodation I realized the photos relate to different units, some of which looked very dark and cramped. That's why, 1 month before travelling, I asked if I could book specifically the apt in photo no.20 and the host conveyed there was no problem. Once I arrived at the location at 9pm, I tried to call the host several times and waited 10min on the footpath not sure what to do. When he finally answered my call, he said he was not there and that his son would have let me in. The son brought me to the darkest unit at the back of the house with no windows at all in the living area. When the day after I finally got to talk to the person in charge, demanding to be given what I had booked for, I was deliberately dismissed and given no consideration whatsoever. Even after I contacted booking.com customers service, he tried to refile me the 2nd worse unit with a little window. Just when I told him I was going to contact the customers service again, he gave up and finally gave me the apt I was suppose to get from day 1. If this gentleman had a basement, he would have surely dumped me and my stuff down there! Very annoying experience to fight battles while on holidays just because people are un-professional and close-minded. The mattresses were very cheap and there was no acoustic insulation with the apartment above from which you could hear children shouting at all hours of day and night.
