Great location for Parking (across the road), shops and walking distance to Lisbon Central. The host was easy to contact and the apartment was very comfortable. I highly recommend for family stays. The apartment had everything that you need.

"What a great place!"

The stay had everything you could need. And excellent location. Everything was clean and organized.

The only thing we could comment on was that the check-in information wasn't totally clear. Very small considering the excellent stay had.

"Der Trip war uns komplett vergällt, eine Rückzahlung habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten."

Wir wurden vom Vermieter erpresst: wir erhielten den Schlüssel zum Appartement erst nach Barzahlung von 96,- €, die angeblich als Übernachtungssteuer der Stadt Lissabon fällig waren. Die Übernachtungssteuer war jedoch bereits in der Zahlung an booking.com enthalten und in deren Rechnung auch ausgewiesen. Es ist bis heute für mich unklar, ob nun der Vermieter oder booking.com uns belügt. Offenbar ist aber booking.com nicht willens oder unfähig, seine Kunden vor betrügerischen Machenschaften zu schützen. Der Customer service von booking.com hatte uns zwar telefonisch eine Erstattung zugesichert, tatsächlich ist das aber seit Monaten nicht passiert. Schriftliche Rückmeldungen von booking.com werden offenbar vermieden.

Location, space, cleanliness and amenities were great

The host management tried to double charge city tax (already paid via Booking) insisting on bank transfer via Booking messaging the day before arrival before providing key access. Got the fishy feeling the manager wasn’t the owner. Frustrating and stressful.

"Consigliatissimo!!!"

Appartamento delizioso, in zona super centrale. Check-in e check-out svolti in maniera autonoma, dietro indicazioni dell’host. Struttura arredata con uno stile graziosissimo, con tutte le comodità, cucina completamente attrezzata, presenza di prodotti da bagno e di tutto ciò che si può desiderare per un breve soggiorno.

Da segnalare che si tratta di un terzo piano, senza ascensore: per noi non è stato un problema, ma in caso di qualche piccola difficoltà di movimento…
