Lisbon House Misericordia

L'appartamento è stupendo, spazioso, pulito e con tutto il necessario. Asciugacapelli, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro e molto altro. La posizione è ideale per spostarsi sia a piedi che in metro. Tanti negozi sulla via per bere , mangiare e comprare dei souvenir. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Se non si hanno problemi motori ,non farsi scoraggiare dalla scala un po' ripida. Pensavo peggio.

We loved the location. Right on the Tram 28 and close to a funicular. Not far from other transit options, great view from the balcony. Lots of room for everyone to sleep and though we didn’t use them, there were toys for little kids. It was comfortable and we enjoyed using the dishwasher and washing machine for ease of use. Be aware this flat is on the 3rd floor and the steps are narrow.

We told the owner that there was dirt/debris on the rug and that used house slippers were left on the towel heater in the bathroom. They contacted their cleaner who blamed the pilling rug (like it’s holding the dirt?) and seemed to deny that the shoes were left out because their cleaner said they threw it all away… but they didn’t, because I held someone else’s used house slippers in my hand and put them in the trash. I also mentioned that there was someone else’s toothpaste on some orange plastic cups and they did not reply to that message. Weird not just to own it and apologize? Had a hard time with the AC. All rooms ran way way cold except the primary which seemed to shut off for a while and was not as cold. The only blanket for the bed is a huge comforter, no sheet to drop down to when it’s warm. The people upstairs were apparently moving out, involving VERY loud slamming. We thought someone was remodeling. When I reached out to the owner about this the concern was never addressed. The apartment is not soundproofed as listed but you don’t hear street noise. We did hear neighbors yelling at each other and constant noise from the upstairs neighbors.. though they’ve moved out now!

Location, easy to get everywhere. On the 28 tram line. Excellent communication.

Oh it is a beautiful/stunning flat. Such meticulous attention to details with regard to the amenities ( kitchen was well stocked ). The location is central, many small supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby. The Aircon was excellent. WiFi was decent. I had a few queries over the tourist tax amount which was quickly resolved . The host was quick to respond. Instructions for entry were emailed on the day of travel . We loved our stay .

Nothing to dislike … just need to keep in mind the steep stairs to the flat(3rd floor) . That might be an issue for those with mobility problems or if you have heavy luggage.

Fantastic location, beautifully styled apartment with plenty of space for 5 adults (even bigger than we were expecting). The host was really helpful and check-in and out was easy. We loved our stay and would highly recommend. Thank you!

The apartment was well located and equipped.

We had a lot of trouble with the contact person. It started with having to pay for local taxes when two of the guests were leaving early. Then when we got to the apartment it had not been cleaned. We were asked to leave for two hours so this could be done. We were 4 single women so I asked for linen for the sofa bed but was refused because the double bed was made up. She didn’t realise we wanted a bed each. Then when we tried to make a coffee a part was missing. I reported it straight away and she tried to charge me for the replacement. The apartment was lovely but the contact made it uncomfortable.

It was a fabulous property to stay in And great location.

It wasn’t a problem but we did have to carry our bags up the stairs.
