Lisbon House Misericordia

Location, Decor, Comfort, Price.

I wish the key code was just given to me in a private message with the trust I would put the tax money in the same box; meeting someone on a schedule made it difficult when things changed during difficult travel issues.

The apartment was spacious and allowed for activity without disrupting anyone. The view was nice and I love the el from shades in the bedroom windows!

We had to go up and down three flights of stairs with our luggage which was not fun. The hot water ran out after two showers one of the days. It wasn’t a huge issue, but we had to keep it in mind.

The apartment is in a great location — right in the central part of Lisbon, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and more. It’s spacious and well laid out, so everyone can enjoy their own space. There’s also a nice balcony with a view of the street.

The main downside is that it’s on the 3rd floor of an old building with no elevator. The staircase is quite narrow and steep, and there’s an unpleasant smell in the stairwell. So, if you have difficulty climbing stairs, getting up to the apartment each time might be a challenge.

The place is very beautiful, with nice small balcony and on a lovely street. It was perfectly clean and had supllies for every need. The location is great and in a walking distance to many attractions.

Lisbon House Misericordia is fantastic 👌 The property is located in a central area for travellers wanting to explore beautiful Lisbon. The quality of the apartment is ideal for a couple. The whole apartment was extremely clean, very comfortable, unbelievably spacious, well kept and most importantly exceptionally quiet so you can enjoy a good night's sleep and rest. Our host was always available but to be honest we were never required to contact them. It's such easy access to the apartment. The location has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. We travel all over Europe and Lisbon House Misericordia is by far the best apartment we have stayed in especially for the price. Air-conditioning throughout the property but we didn't require this as we stayed in early April 2025. You will most definitely enjoy the comfort when staying here. When we come back to Lisbon I won't book anywhere else. Excellent apartment 5/5

As a fit couple it was perfect however we were based on the 3rd floor so may be a slight issue for a young family.

The apartment was roomy and spacious in a great location. The streets are very steep, but that is to be expected in Lisbon. Very clean and easy to get into with a door code and lock box for the keys. The apartment has 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor with 1 bathroom. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a full kitchen and dining room. The sofas were comfortable and the entire apartment clean and bright. There isn't a lift so you will need to walk up a 2 flights of stairs. We enjoyed walking around and exploring the area. Restaurants and shops as well as buses/metro are within walking distance.

I wish it had a lift. Travel light!

The property is very clean, ideal for a family, well equipped and quiet. It’s very well located in the center of Lisbon. The host is welcoming and available.

Very good location; nearby too many shops, restaurants, coffee shops; two itv3 supermarkets and a lot of services stops Host is a good person; taking care of ever detail while preparing this apartment; considering all essential tools as well as a fantastic touch of decoration-I feel the owner is an engineer- or a person with a high touch of efficiency Well prepared bathroom A very good and practical kitchen Apartment capacity could absorb 4-5 people A very good and cheerful recaption with a good connected space for TV or too sleep in a nice sofa. 3 air conditioned places with a very good performance A small trace looking over a cozy street

WiFi is not optimal, but I think the owner doing the best as 2 repeaters are there to extend coverage A narrow way for the 3rd floor (but this was mentioned in the apartment discerption in a clear way..

We were only there for one evening but everything was great. The host and communication, location, the apartment is great.

Excellent location. Was met by the host on arrival, which was good. Comfortable and clean, spacious property. Kitchen was really well stocked with tea/coffee/condiments.

Nothing! Apartment was on third floor so just be aware if you have issues with stairs.
