1 Maio -Stylish Studio in Alcântara- LX Factory

Fiquei na hospedagem com minha mãe e minha irmã. O espaço é bem bom para três pessoas, acredito que quatro já ficaria apertado, pois tem apenas um banheiro. Adoramos a decoração e a as camas eram confortáveis. É extremamente próximo ao LxFactory (um complexo de lojas e restaurantes famoso), também há bem perto pontos de autocarros, elétricos e trem, além de supermercados. Não fica tão próximo aos pontos mais turísticos, mas isso não foi um problema pra gente.

Nós tivemos um pouco de problema com a fechadura da porta, tanto para as entradas quanto para as saídas. Por vezes as teclas da senha não funcionavam satisfatoriamente e havia um jeito muito específico para conseguir fechar a porta e a tranca funcionar, foi um pouco incômodo, então eu recomendaria melhorar essa questão. Nós também tivemos um problema com o ralo da pia da cozinha que estava um pouco obstruído, então era um pouco chato no momento de lavar a louça, e a quantidade de detergente para louças fornecido era bem pouco visto que ficamos 4 diárias.

The location is exceptional: very close to LX Factory and the convention center. The apartment is very warm, charming, and relatively comfortable!

It seems to have a major issue with the shower drain, which works very poorly. You have about 2 minutes to shower before the water overflows onto the floor. It’s also unpleasant to have your feet in stagnant water... Additionally, small adjustments could make a big difference: adding a coat rack or hooks at the entrance to hang coats. The same in the bedroom. Finally, the hosts were cordial, but communication sometimes took time, especially before my arrival.

I like the location of this property, it is very convenience and close to public transport

The bathroom is so sunny and warm and too bright.

I liked the position of facility. It is literally on the edge of LX factory, so for the people who are looking for that kind of fun it s perfect. Location is a but off the center, but it s ok, the area around is really beautifull and linked with bus or tram to Cais de Sodre metro station in few minutes.Also Belem is just a minutes away.. Area is also very interesting because it gives you an insight of periferic Lisbon with many smaller communities.Apartment itself it so charming with lot of ingenious architectural details , like sleeping niche, or visible wooden structure, not to mention a beautifull ceramic work ( as in whole Portugal) .The whole experience let a very strong impact on me, and i am very gratefull to be able to write now this rewiev. Also I would use this opportunity to rate whole Lisbon 10, and the whole Portugal which in my opinion is such a great place to visit.

I liked it all! there was nothing i did not like.

The apartment is adorable and fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. The location is perfect—situated in a great neighborhood that's close to all the major attractions in Lisbon yet still offers a peaceful retreat. I found the proximity to everything extremely convenient. Additionally, there's a coffee machine and a coffee press available, along with all necessary kitchen utilities

However, please note that there are two steep flights of stairs to get to the apartment, with no elevator. It was a bit challenging to carry my luggage up the stairs alone. I also wish there was something to hang clothes on, as I prefer hanging my clothes, especially linen , rather than using the drawers provided.
