Amazing flat, good price and good communication with the host.

Couldn't get wifi, no hot water and the host charge me a security deposit that was not clear on the information when I made the reservation.

It was very comfortable and close to conveniences. The beds were very comfortable.

It would have been nice to have clean towels provided for our long stay. Whilst we had a washing machine, drying the towels was a mission.

I liked how clean it was near the metro station and everything even the staff is amazing helpful and all

The property is well-equipped and you have everything you need but not really well maintained. If it wasn't the deposit and its cleanness I would definitely rate it higher.

It has a lot of damage on the floor, bathroom etc. Not sure if that has been done by previous stays but the €250 deposit seems to make sense if that's the case. However, we didn't see the fine print initially and we were quite surprised when we were asked to pay the deposit. This left a bitter taste throughout the whole stay as we worried if we will it back(which we did). Another major issue was that the glass partition to the shower cubicle was missing(aprantly broken) and not only that the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower but we found the whole apartment had little glass bits on the floor. This was quite frustrating for us as we were with little children. Eventually, they sent someone to clean and he spent an hour doing so only to find more underneath the bed later on...

The localisation was great - near two metro lines. The view was spectacular and each guest has a view in a bedroom. There was a lot od space, beds was very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. The big advantage was na elevator. Also a contact with the owner was very good.

Our issues started when we were asked to pay security deposit (250 Euros) and City tax, as the link provided by the host did not work. So we spend few days trying to sort it out as without payment they would not provide any code to get in to the flat as it is self check in system. Inside the apartment there were various issues. The one which we were most dissapointed with was cold water in the shower. There was also missing one of clossing door panel of the shower. We have reported it and someone meant to come and sort it out but even though everyday I was asking for an update no one bothered to fix the problems. Another raised issues with the host were that coffee maker did not work (I was informed thet they will check it - no improvement during our stay), scratches all around the walls and floors within the flat, haird dryer extremely noisy, broken/remowed lamps/pictures in the bathroom and the rooms, missing an bathroom extractor fan, damaged pieces of furniture, dirty windows and decoration cushiones, ect..... We stayed there for 4 nights (2 couples) there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper left for us. We communicated with few people before and during our stay, as we were given numbers via Whatsapp, two numbers never responded, via Booking.com. Thiago and Maria were the most active. Until now I have no confirmation re deposit as it was self check out and nobody would attend even though I was willing to wait and show the state of the flat before our leave. It was not worth half the price we paid.
