RSHairdryer was too noisy and got overheated often. Also, challenging was a lack of shower doors.
USPenha da França is a nice neighborhood off the beaten track.
There is a €250 deposit hidden in the house rules that is required for check in. A little less than transparent and a bit concerning as the apt had marks, chunks of player missing, and missing artwork. The state of the apt was concerning enough that I took a thorough video, something I've never felt necessary before. I hope to get my deposit back.
NOIt had lot’s of room for two people and a great view from both the bedrooms, kitchen and living room. If you want to see more of the local (and very nice) part of Lisbon, this is a very nice location! Lot’s of nice restaurants near by and the prices are better than down town. The metro and supermarkets are also a 5 min walk away.
The shower cabinet was missing one door, so the floors would get get when you took a shower. The shower drain was also cloged and it took about 10-15 minutes before the warm water came. The place was not cleaned properly (only the areas that were lost visible) and the upstairs neighbours were renovating until 01 am and started again 07:30 am the next day, for the three first days we were here. Also, the AC in one of the rooms started leaking water when we were out during the day. We came home to a wet bed and floors and had to listen to the dripping noise all night. The oven was not cleaned in a long time, so the food would taste bad after cooking it and a lot of smoke would come out when we opened it. The appartment is on top of a big hill, so if you have kids or struggle to walk, then this is not the place for you. It is also very noisy in this building and you can very easily hear all the activities the neighbours do at all times. We had to use ear plugs the whole stay. On the other hand, we know that many buildings in Portugal is like this.

GBGBI love the bedrooms and living room very comfortable and the kitchen I was able to cook and use all facilities were there.
the only thing was problem with me was the bathroom the shower needs to be updated and more clean remove the dump around it. the rest it’s ok.
