Super Lage. Die Wohnung tiptop sauber.

Zum Glück war es nicht heiss sonst hätten wir nachts lüften müssen und das an einer Hauptstrasse ist laut.

Wirklich gute Grundausstattung der Küche, inkl. Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Geschrirrspüler und Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung ist komplett und professionell saniert, keinerlei Gefrickel, alles mit Hand und Fuss und chic! Die meisten Steckdosen mit USB A &C. Die Hausherrin war per email superkurzfristig erreichbar und hat uns noch einen Parkplatz beschafft.

Rundherum überall Parkraumbewirtschaftung, hat aber mit der Wohnung im Prinziop nichts zu tun.

"If you're looking for a perfect apartment with private parking, this is definetly a perfect option."

Sometimes you enter an apartment and you immediatly feel at home. This was such an occassion. The apartment was clean, cosy, spotless, extremely well maintained, good utilities, private parking (extra payment), good beds. Even extra toothbrush, coffee and small details were taken care off. You don't hear the sound of the street in front at all. The city center is just around the corner, just as public transport to other highlights of Kassel.

Absolutely nothing.

"Very comfortable apartement for a perfect stay"

It’s a very nice, spacious apartment. It has everything for a 3 night stay, all furniture is new, super clean and comfortable. Owner is extremely friendly and caring.

It was just perfect.
