At first, I was a bit skeptical about Kavala, but thanks to Maria, our wonderful hostess, our holiday turned out to be fantastic. Maria was a true gem, providing us with valuable recommendations, brochures, and helpful tips that made our trip memorable. She introduced us to some incredible nearby beaches like Nea Iraklitsa, Ammolofoi, and Batis, which were definitely worth visiting. While Rapsani Beach was nice, it didn't quite make it to the top of our list. One of the must-see attractions was the city citadel, offering breathtaking views from the top. Maria's brochures also guided us to some beautiful nature walks for those who enjoy outdoor activities. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. We were a group of seven people, and there was ample room for all of us. The highlight was the charming terrace, where we could sit back and enjoy late-night glasses of wine.

While it's unrelated to the property itself, it's important to note that having a car is highly recommended for an optimal experience. Many of the nearby attractions are conveniently close to Kavala but located outside the city, making a car essential for easy access.

I spent 10 nights with my family. The host, Maria made sure that we had a wonderful holiday and was very responsive to our needs and provided us with many information about where to go and what to visit. Everything was very nicely arranged, clean location and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Maria, for everything and for the sweets. :)
