"A V.good aptment let down by 2 issues that could of been resolved by reading emails and responding"

The apartment that we booked we did not use even though we asked for ground floor it was on the second floor, we were able to swap to a smaller bedsit apartment but was still on the first floor which when you have mobility issues was a problem. No discussion on refund as smaller unit.

TV did not work and when contacted they stated that they knew there was a problem and would be there in 15 mins and never turned up. I ended up reprograming it myself. Also there was a revolting smell of drains in the bathroom which seemed to be back venting through the washer. it cleared when you opened the windows but that is not practical in winter.

Such a wonderful stay! The perfect home-away-from-home experience. The host is so kind and let us check out later than originally planned. The bed was so comfortable and had a wonderful space with everything you’d need.

It was convenient with plenty of off road parking. It worked for what we wanted, which was an overnight stop on a longer journey

We had some difficulty locating the reception for the apartment as it was not at the address, rather next door. We were on the top floor (2nd) and the lift was not available to us - not sure if it was out of order or why this was as we were relying on Google translate to communicate.

"short stay to visit family"

clean, good kitchen facilities. Easy access to town centre for bakery and restaurants. Good parking. Flexible check-in time especially as we were late.

Being on the 2nd floor in the roof which we’d specifically asked not to be. Very warm at this time of year and so had to have windows open in the evening, which meant owners outdoor music could be heard until after 11pm.
