Apartment#1

The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures.

Location was quiet and convenient. Newly furnished .

Some of the bedding was polyester which is not so comfortable in warm weather

Location..few min walk to Lidl supermarket. All other facilities nearby. We did the late check in & owner was awake to handover the keys and also helped us to take our luggage to the second floor. Enough parking space.

We have been staying in self catering apartments since 15 years but this time we chose the worst. Few points we noted to mention.. 1. When we booked the property, the pictures were from different apartment. We booked apartment 1 but they gave us Apartment 4 and that too in a attic. If we would’ve know about this, we would never booked it. So pictures are misleading and with lack of information. 2. No hot water before 7 morning. Daily we had to leave for business meetings at 7 morning but the owner said hot water is not available before 7. Very strange if someone leaves early for work they have to take bath in a cold water. That was ridiculous. 3. No toiletries- Owner just provided one roll of toilet paper roll for 6 nights of stay. We requested for another one but they didn’t arrange. Also no shower gel. 4. No oil to cook, no sugar, just few coffee pods even though owner knew that we are in the property for 7 days. 5. Cooking induction was there with German language over it and no instructions were kept how to use it. When we called the owner to teach us, they asked us to check youtube and that was too in German. 6. Lift was there but it wasn’t working. Stairs to attic were very risky esp with the luggage. 7. Not easy to find the property as there is no door number mentioned outside Looks like that the owner is new in this business and doesn’t know the requirements of the customers. They have mentioned in the property to treat the apartment as the second home. But it is a home with lack of many utilities. We don’t recommend if someone is choosing for long stay.

Magnificent ‘million dollar’ apartment. Free parking just outside the entrance. Newly constructed property in perfect condition.

No arrival information so that made it hard to locate the property which was in a one way street. There was no number on the front of the apartment building. After eventually gaining access to the property we met the host’s representative and everything was fine.
