Swag Apartment

The manager of swag cancelled our reservation for no reason without prior notice even though we promised our arrival with a credit card booking. As we were left with no choice we were forced to take an other property given to us by the Swag apartment manager named as Suvarna apartments.

They cancel your booking for no reason and force you to take other property in a threat that you will be charged for your entire booking cancellation.

The location of the apartment is very remote,

The property was really clean and tidy. And the staff was also super friendly. The owner was really helpful. Had a wonderful stay.

The receptionist was a little clueless and communication was difficult with her.

Rooms are clean and spacious

The room is around 2 KM from their advertised location. No Safety guard for the apartment. The bed in the advertisement say king bed but they have queen beds in the room, so very difficult to sleep especially with a small kid.

nothing. property is no longer operating. it’s closed. we ended up in the road and had to run around in the night to search for different hotel.

Got friendly help for Suresh receptionist or manager.
