Mr Suresh was friendly and rooms were clean

Everything other than mr suresh...we were traveling with 2 senior citizens and 1 baby,day before our arrival they made us chose from another property giving reason that guests wants to continue thier stay in property which v booked prior, and receptionist made us pay extra 500 for gas connection, but beforehand they sent us msg in that they mentioned about gas connection,but when v reached they refused to give us gas ,v couldn't argue or change rooms in last minute bz of baby, v couldn't cook baby food in induction so v wanted gas at any cost...v booked for 6+1 , when v reached there, there was only 2 bed rooms,and one single sofa....so even if v use that ,only 5 person can sleep,what's d use of booking for 6 person, later mr Suresh provided us beds,and he was d only person made us stay better,, but other than that It was worst stay ,they screwd our vacation big time....if u wanna book, just make sure about facilities in call,and confirm ..bz they have habit of sending msgs and later denying about facilities

First of all the location and photos which show in the google and the location we reach are different.... it's a very bad experience for us..... it's not at alll a service apartment.... they are frauds cheating us to make money.... plzzz don't book or go to this fake place...... when we book they will say one money and when we reach they will say extra.....totally its a game set welled.,... let's not get pranked

Rooms and toilets are not at alll clean.....A very bad hotel

Don't think this is running currently. We couldn't find any building at the address provided. Upon calling them, we were redirected to another apartment 1.5km further out of town. We were too tired to look for another place, so went there. It was ok. But this listing is not accurate.

The staff were rude. They were so sweet and they told us that they will provide an alternate stay as the room we booked was not available. But they were so rude by the time of check in. The room was not ready by the time we arrived. But they asked us to pay the rent before checking in or cancel the booking. The room was not clean. Some bad smell and we have to buy a room freshener to continue the stay for the night.
