located within walking distance to Oriente station. Apartment is spacious and comfortable.

The inconveniences that came with missing items and dealing with a faulty bedroom Aircon was disappointing. Please make sure that proper maintenance is done to the apartment to mitigate any inconveniences imposed to the guest. After all, the price of the apartment is definitely on the higher end.

Great location, big flat. Parking facility. No noise from neighbours.

When we arrived, the cleaning staff just finished, leaving a superficially clean and perfumed flat. Later, we stepped onto debris and dry pasta on the carpets, towels smelled bad, and bed linen was disgusting with stains. I have read a similar review, dating from 2022, and I was naive enough to think the owners acted on the feedback.

Very noisy, hard to sleep. Windows without any sounds insulation at all. Only able to sleep with Active Noise Cancellation earbuds, on all night. Shower hot water very hard to tune: either burning hot or too cold. Thermostatic valve recommended. Non-slip shower mat was infested with mold. Had to wash the tub before first use.
