"Hide and Seek."

Location near Oriente is great.

The building entry looks like an abandoned office suite. No lights, no signage, no indication of any rental units anywhere. No door access from the street. Found a dog walker going in around 11 PM. He let me inside but confirmed the building was no hotel. Thought I had been catfished by booking.com. No one else inside to offer any instructions. My mistake when I selected the wrong floor in the lift. However, from the instructions provided by text I was expecting the elevator to have a front and rear door. There are 4 elevators but none with any indication how to reach the retal unit. All could have easily fixed by placing Booking.com signage on the main entry, the correct elevator and the correct floor for each rental unit. Most annoying was that no one was onsite to provide personal help and instructions. While not a clean freak myself. The black mold around the tub wall seals was a turn-off. I write this review with the hope that the property will add some signs and have the main door look repaired. Otherwise the texts I received from the property were cheerful and sent with good intentions. Last, the price on booking.com is the price we pay. No hidden charges or fees should be the expectation and should be the rule. Apparently I now owe the property a 6 euro city tax fee. They will have to collect that money from Booking.com. I

no proper instructions on check in. had to wait in the door for someone to open for us. Bed sheets and kitchen were dirty
