"Lovely apartment but location not great"

Very clean modern apartment with everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

The location was on a very steep hill . Not suitable for older people or people with mobility problems. Also scaffolding next door causing dust in courtyard & some disturbance during weekdays.

It had all the necessary things.

The appliances were not easy to run. The YouTube instructions by the property managers were useless. No written instructions anywhere about anything. The property managers were not accommodating and pleasant.

"Really Easy Process and great for a stay in Lisbon"

Really Easy to find with all instructions in the portal that i provided with all information. Was able to check in early as well and just go to the Apartment and let myself in with the code provided to get the Key.

Fully equipped, spacious, and modern. Would definitely stay here again!

Don't expect to find "leftovers" in the kitchen like salt, baking paper, or oil. Buy your own.

"besides the problems with the cleaning and collecting keys, we are mostly satisfied"

the location was good- near the center(15-20 min of walking) but nonetheless quiet

nobody took the trash away from the main trash can in the building which was outside our door( its accrued for our all stay which was a week) and there were hairs on the sofa from past visitors
