Lisbon Secret & Graca Apartment

Great location! Kitchen area has loads of utensils/plates/bowls/mugs ect. Has a dehumidifier, fan and heater too. Came with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll and towels. Good TV which has YouTube Netflix ECT. Really nice bar next door and really good food place round the corner. Can walk into the main area of Lisbon easily or get metro. Also really close to a lovely market which is open on sat and Tues.

I saw a lot of reviews complaining about the cockroaches, in my two week stay I only saw 5/6. I made a simple bug spray with water and peppermint essential oil and sprayed that around the apartment a few times throughout my stay and that seems to keep them away! I also saw reviews saying the windows don't work but they worked perfectly fine for us so must have been fixed 😊

Man hat sich irgendwann daran gewöhnt. Positiv hervorzuheben waren der Ventilator, der Fernseher, das Wlan, der Große Vorrat an Shampoo, sowie das sehr sicher aussehende Türschloss.

Es gab sehr viele Kakerlaken, durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss sind vorm Fenster immer Leute lang gelaufen und konnten überall reingucken. Außerdem war es zum Hausflur hin sehr hellhörig, man hat alles gehört was dort los war und wann jemand zur Tür rein oder raus gegangen ist und das kam ziemlich häufig vor.

The bedroom window was completely broken and covered with a stick. You can hear the noise of the street outside. It was getting cold. The front door couldn't lock from the outside. The bathroom door was rotten. The wifi didn't work. The bathroom mat was wet and wouldn't dry. The photos don't fully reflect the reality. There was not even a little bit of water in the fridge. The already high proce does not include the city tax which I was asked for after booking.

Perfect situation for wandering through the alleys of Alfama. It was a wonderful place to find random little shops and restaurants with everything you needed on your doorstep..

Good location, handy for Sta Apolonia. A basement flat.
