"Shocking"

Nothing service was totally horrible, would not recommend.

I booked a room and the agent called me while traveling to knysna stating she had a problem that the individual that booked in the same room did not want to check out( luckily i bumped into the guy and he told me he made the booking for 2 days and the agent did not give me a heads up)and that she would offer me a bigger room. Upon arrival at this bigger room she claims it was way to small I booked a suit and got a cottage which didn't have non of the accessories. I asked for a refund and she stated that the room she gave me was way more than the 1 I had booked for bare in mind she said that the room was worth R5000 Which was impossible. I looked on every site and I could not find the places name to match its price she Than said now the price was worth R1800 as she never had her ducks in a row. The following day we than moved to originally where we booked and it was perfect and guess what another couple had booked for the same place, she mad another double booking making the other couple to sleep in another room. I have attached the 2 places and you shall see for yourselves it was a horrible experience

"Never again"

We drove all the way from Cape Town and when we finally got to the accommodation we needed paperwork to get past security. The agent Linda said it was sent to me in the week which it wasn't. She was in the estate while my friend and I were waiting in the heat to try complete the paperwork which she had now emailed. She drove away instead of coming to help us. We were told by security that that was her. We could not complete the forms on our phones so called her again. She then arrived back, I asked her to show me where she had sent me these forms in the week. She could not find it on my app. She then asked if I would mind going to the hotel to print the forms. I damn well did mind!!!! I was not there to do her work, the cheek of it all. She sighed and went on her way to get the forms. Another couple arrived who also did not have their forms, lucky for them she was already getting forms. 30mins later she arrived with the printed copies. All in all we sat for 1hr in the sun because the agent had not done her work. She had a shocking attitude. When we got to the apartment the swimming pool was not available unless you booked the main house but there is a glass window into the apartment looking into the pool just to show you what you don't get. We then decided to call around and find alternative accommodation. We stayed at the Lagoona Inn. It's not as modern but it was very comfortable, the pool was amazing, the staff and people were so very welcoming even though we booked last minute and just as a cherry on top it included a delicious breakfast all at the same price. I would support them anyday again rather than going to an estate and being treated like I am being done a favour by an agent that clearly has zero customer service skills. If you do decide to stay here make sure Linda sent you the paperwork before hand

"Communication is Key."

The location were amazingly beautiful, private, and secluded. We walked into a freshly clean place. My kids enjoyed bunking in the living. Overall a very nice unit. Thank you we will definitely try to get the unit with the actual see views.

I've sent a message on Booking.com requesting the forms that we have to complete in order to access the property in advance because we had to attend a funeral before driving through to Knysna. I also mentioned that we would arrive before 19h00 on the day. No response from the agent. The forms were sent to me at 13h30 by Linda on the very day that we had a funeral and still have to travel. I only realised that the forms were sent when we stopped at the entrance of the estate, and the security guard asked if nothing was sent to me by the agent. It took us half an hour to get to our actual unit, which could have been just 3 minutes. The moral of the story is that Linda should communicate better to prevent bad experiences like this.

In the advert, it mentioned as two bath rooms but had one only. There was no hair dryer also as mentioned in advert. No fan or aircon in the bedroom

"Comfortable but not very easy to find as tbe address was not visible and there wasn’t soap powder or milk to make coffee"

The unit was comfortable and clean and modern

Was difficult finding the property because we couldn’t see the number of the property which is far in on tbe main house instead of on tbe outer wall where we could see it. There were cars parked on the property which made it difficult to see the number of the property. The couch had some marks on it which made it look a bit dirty. There wasn’t any soap powder for the washing machine.
