Our room was very clean and up to standard & the space was perfect for the two of us. The domestic exec was super friendly and helpful

We enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice to know before that the room given to us had no sea view. If the choice to have a deck was given we would have taken that. We had to use our key to try all the doors as we did not know where ours was. Load shedding was so onerous, it would have been nice to have a small gas stove. All 3 days we were there we were loadshed in the morning 6am to 10am. Could not even make morning coffee when we were on holiday.

We were not informed about the security forms that had to be completed & only knew about it on the day of our arrival. Which was very inconveniencing because we arrived in the evening from Cape Town. If we could've been furnished with the paperwork few days before we could've completed but nonetheless we did everything at the gate. But that was not pleasing at all. The staff was not visible at all. No one came to clean our space during the 3 nights we spent there.

Poor communication from the manager or host. She didn't even bother to respond when we asked if we had access to the swimming pool as we could see it was on the other side but we were unsure how to get there and didn't want to invade on other people's space hence we had to ask in order to be sure.

The deck overlooking the ocean. It was very spacious and the shower was very big. Very nice self catering unit.

There was a miscommunication about how to check in and it caused an awkward moment with one of the other guests.
