New Art Apartment

Location was good being close to the airport. The airport was spacious and lovely and perfect for our one night stay.

The lovely mats in the corridor slipped when underfoot or when moving luggage over them.

Excellent apartment located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transport. The apartment itself is quite huge and makes one feel really at home.

New Art Apartment is a beautifully renovated, clean, comfortable, and spacious apartment located on a quiet street in a short walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, and two subway stations. The host was exceptionally accommodating and made us feel very welcomed. The apartment is well equipped with all necessary appliances including coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, and an air conditioning unit. The two-bedroom layout served the needs of our family of four very well.

Rustic feel, good location, clean, homely.

Big spacious apartment, super clean, great artwork and really appreciated the coffee supply in the immaculate kitchen. We were extremely grateful for the late check out time since we did not get to the apartment until late due to flight/rental car delays.

Huge construction project in the building next door: super loud, early jack hammering. I realize this is out of the owners ability to control though a heads up would have been nice.

We enjoyed so much our staying at New Art Apartment, it is very comfortable and practical. All rooms are clean and had everything we needed as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. We prepared breakfast every morning during our staying. The location of the apartment is very good with small shops to buy water, juice, bread, etc. It is also a short walking distance from 2 subway stations that leads directly to the city center and train stations. There are also some small restaurants and cafés in the neighborhood. It was always good after a long warm day outside to come back to the apartment every evening, turn on the A/C and cool down.

NOT considered as a negative thing for the apartment, but there was some noise in the mornings because of the workers in the construction beside the building, they started working 8:00 am every morning. Didn't bothered us except during breakfast since we were away the rest of the day exploring the city and surroundings. Fortunately the construction is just something temporary.

The apartment looks really stylish and is really big. Check-in and out were super easy.

Unfortunately there is a lot of noise early in the morning and even during the night, which made it really hard for us to sleep well. There is a big construction work happening-so one should definitely consider that before booking. Also the walk into the city is quite long.

Very beautiful apartment, with lots of beautiful photos, made by the owner. And what a good service by the owner: super communication, super friendly and helpful. A big 10!
