Beautiful apartment decorated in retro style with art works of the owner; very cozy and clean; tea and coffee provided; high quality of bed linen and towels; three supermarkets nearby and two metro stations.

Good location very clean and the staff was friendly I feel that is my home and every thing was available in the apartment

Very clean and modern with all the facilities you might need. Very liveable with nice furnishings and a lot of space. Filipe was excellent and very accommodating - would highly recommend

I recently stayed at New Art apartment and overall had a comfortable experience. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and located conveniently, just a 10-minute walk from the Arroios metro station on the green line. The positive aspects include the comfort of the living space and the cleanliness maintained throughout the apartment, creating a pleasant environment. The quietness of the street during the night adds to the peaceful ambience. Very good host who is responsive to my requests although it was near Xmas.

However, one drawback was the WiFi, which unfortunately wasn't as strong as expected. This might pose an issue for those relying heavily on a stable internet connection. There is no lift. However, the host was very gracious and helped us with my 4 huge luggage with we check in.

Apartment is very big, facilities are new. Owner is responsive.

Water temperature is not so stable. The heater is using gas, is an instant one but dose not store water in A tank.

Nice renovated apartment, clean, well equipped, spacious rooms, comfy beds. The host is very helpful and friendly, always ready to help with all our questions.
